He reflected the polygon over the y-axis, translated the polygon 3 units up, and dilated it 4 times larger (horizontally and vertically).

2. Mario drew the same polygon with points M(2,8) N (4,9), O( 5, 11), and P (10, 15)

He reflected the polygon over the x-axis,  translated the polygon 4 units down, then dilated the polygon 3 times horizontally (not vertically).
